Greg Mayer, founder of Mayer Builders, has been working in the construction industry for over 35 years. His immense knowledge and experience of the trade plays a crucial role in the daily operations of Mayer Builders. Greg is known by his crew and other professionals as a problem solver for his ability to overcome the challenges faced with renovations and new construction. He is very conscientious about his quality of work and spends most days onsite building and overseeing his crew. Greg also handles scheduling of projects, meeting with clients, and project estimating. His ability to manage current projects and anticipate what will be needed next is what has allowed to company to thrive over the years.

Sam Mayer, project manager and carpenter for Mayer Builders, brings to the table over 5 years of carpentry experience and a business mindset. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a dual major in business administration and accounting. While attending college, Sam helped his father Greg part-time. After graduating, he joined Mayer Builders full-time. Since, he has been apart of many projects including several new constructions. Daily operations for Sam include working onsite and managing the crew. He is involved with the book keeping, paperwork, and marketing portion of the business. Sam is very passionate about being a part of the family business and excited for the future.
